Warranty and Return Dear Customers, We appreciate your purchase from our online shop and will try our best to provide the best service to all your need. We guarantee that all products selling from Anypc are brand new, never been open and come with all accessories as described on the manufacturers’ website. However, products with manufacturers’ faulty do exist and we are not able to avoid it before we sell it to you. The best thing we can do is to fix the problem as soon as we can and make less trouble for you. Please read our terms and conditions before you return anything to us and you are welcome to email us if you have any questions. Thank you. What is DOA product? DOA refers to dead on arrival. If you purchase anything from Anypc and find it faulty at the beginning, please email we within 7 days from the invoice date and we will replace a new one for you after we receive the product and test it faulty. Reports about a faulty product received after 7 days will be processed as standard warranty. What is the warranty period? Usually 12 months from the invoice date. Some products may have longer manufacturers’ warranty. Customers need to deal with the manufacturers directly in these cases. Clearance products may have shorter warranty, which will state in the description. What is the warranty procedure? Customers need to email Anypc to request a RMA number and then follow the instruction to send the product back. Anypc will email confirmation after receive the product and provide an estimate time for the warranty procedure. Products will be sent back to the manufacturers and wait for the repair or replacement ready. Anypc will send back the products to customers. In some cases, it will be a lot faster if customers send directly to the manufacturers. Anypc will assist the customers to do the manufacturers warranty directly. How to obtain a RMA number? Please email Anypc with the following information: * invoice number the product was purchased on * date purchased * description of the fault (faulty is not a description) * brief list of what you have done to attempt to rectify/diagnose the problem * serial number of the product Do not ship any product without a RMA number. Customers need to retain the original invoices for any warranty claim. Anypc is not responsible to trace any previous invoices if the customers lost the invoices. What if the product is not faulty? We highly recommend customers to do full test before sending back the products. Test information can be obtained from Anypc if required. NO FAULT FOUND fee of $45 apply if Anypc doesn’t find any problem with the products. The products will be returned at the customers’ cost. What if the product is working, but I just want to return it? We do not give refund if you simply change your mind. Please choose carefully before you purchase. We do not guarantee compatibility if you only purchase parts from us. Please contact the manufacturers if you have any doubts about the products before you make purchase. We may give partial refund in some cases but minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged. Please note that we are not legally required to accept the goods for refund in this case. In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
